Specific steps of belt production process
1. Add raw materials:
Tape production equipment in the tape production process, the first thing to do is to add tape raw materials, such as: acrylic acid.
2. Emulsification tank:
Then the raw material of acrylic tape is added to the emulsifying tank for emulsification.
3. Reaction pot:
Acrylic acid is added into the emulsifying tank for emulsification, and then put into the reaction pot for heating.
4. Glue:

5. Coater:
Put the newly made glue on the film for gluing.
6. Semi finished products:
Through these tape production processes, the semi-finished tape mother roll is made.
7. Pipe cutter:
The tape mother roll just made is cut by pipe cutter.
8. Slitter:
After the tape mother coil is cut successfully, the tape is divided by slitter.
9. Carton:
After cutting and slitting, the tape mother coil becomes the tape that people see in the market. Now it can be packed in cartons
10. Tape:
Put the packaged tape in the warehouse, this is the last tape production process, then it can be called finished tape.
